PRICING & RETURN POLICY

1. All prices are current and are subject to change without notice.
2.  Standard stock items can be returned in an unused condition
postage prepaid by the purchaser for a full refund.
3. Custom orders once in production cannot be canceled or returned.

MISTAKES AND OMISSIONS

1. We will replace any item that is the result of our error
at no cost to the purchaser.
2. Purchaser must proof read all copy in their order before use.
3. Purchaser is responsible for determining that the product is
suitable for the intended use.

DELIVERY TIME & SHIPMENTS

1. Standard stock items usually ship same day
if order is received before 12PM EST.
2. Custom orders require extra time and can take up to 3 working days to produce during certain peak periods.
(March to October).
If proofs are required additional time will be added to the order
3. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
4. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once
the package has been turned over to the delivery service.
5. Due to the many different types of items that we sell
you may receive more than one shipping cost on your order.
6. We check each order and try to ship everything in one package.
7. We check and adjust the shipping costs on most orders.

PAYMENTS

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
All orders are authorized at inception but not charged until shipped.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell or use ANY private information for marketing purposes.
ALL payment information is deleted upon completion of the order.
